1. Booking Requirements

    •    Guests must be 21+ to book.

    •    Valid identification may be required.

    •    Full payment is required to secure a reservation.

    •    Check-in: 3:00 PM

    •    Check-out: 11:00 AM

    •    Early check-in or late check-out must be approved. Additional fees may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

    •    Cancellation policies depend on the booking platform used (Airbnb, direct booking, etc.).

    •    Direct bookings may have:

    •    Full refund if canceled 14+ days before check-in

    •    50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before

    •    No refund if canceled under 7 days

4. House Rules

Guests agree to:

    •    Respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours 10pm–7am

    •    Keep the property clean

    •    Avoid smoking inside the home

    •    Avoid parties or large gatherings unless approved

    •    Report damages immediately

Violations may result in removal without refund.

Guests are responsible for:

    •    Any damages caused during their stay

    •    Missing items

    •    Excessive cleaning fees if property is left in poor condition

We reserve the right to charge the card on file for damages.

Unauthorized extra guests may result in additional charges or cancellation.

    •    Accidents or injuries on or off the property

    •    Lost or stolen personal items

    •    Weather-related issues or power outages

Guests assume all risks associated with using the property and surrounding areas.

Commercial filming, events, and parties require written approval.
